Been trying to stick to eating healthier & been exercising regularly but nothing is occurring besides that I feel fat.
So I have been looking into clean eating & reading a book by Jillian Michaels that talks about all the stuff that is in processed foods & what it does to your body. Now I am quite disgusted by what I am learning and have started to alter what I am eating. I know it’s gonna be a slow process but I will get all the junk out of my diet & eat healthier😉

My biggest fear about weight loss is never being happy with my body. This includes not losing the weight and losing the weight and still not liking what I see. :(

rough weekend :(
This weekend has been a pretty bad weekend for me. Lots of emotional eating and between being entirely too busy and not feeling good I didn’t get any exercising done (which just increased my shitty feeling). But I have to tell myself that this is a new week. I will get back on track. I will do this.
My thighs make me jealous. They love each other so...
U just make me miserable.

What is your height and do you like it? I am a short girl-about 5’1.5” and I love it! I can wear heals and never worry about being taller than the guys (I had a friend wit that problem). Sometimes I do envy tall girls because their legs look so hot when they are nice & thin & toned but I wouldn’t give up being “fun sized” lol :)

I’m about 5’1.5” (give or take 0.5” depending on the day & who is measuring me) I weigh in at 120 lbs :( some say it’s not bad for having 2 kids & spending alot of time on my butt studying since I went back to school but I’m not happy with it. To begin with, I just don’t feel healthy and clothes don’t fit me...

Just got my DVD last night & did my 1st workout this morning. I was not expecting level 1 to be as difficult for me as it was. My legs will def hurt 2morrow. #outofshape
