Been trying to stick to eating healthier & been exercising regularly but nothing is occurring besides that I feel fat.
Breakfast :) Bob’s 5 grain hot cereal with 1/2 a banana & a little honey & a glass of organic soy milk = 300 cal. Yoga & abs today. Hopefully a run later too. Gonna b a good day
So I have been looking into clean eating & reading a book by Jillian Michaels that talks about all the stuff that is in processed foods & what it does to your body. Now I am quite disgusted by what I am learning and have started to alter what I am eating. I know it’s gonna be a slow process but I will get all the junk out of my diet & eat healthier😉

I started on week 1 (there are 8) which I found a lil easy since I had been working on running for about a month but I wanted to do the whole program through.
such a great post run stretch! it makes my body so happy and the instructor is beautiful.
10 minutes well spent after the stationary bike.
Me today. Got a workout plan set up for June along with a diet plan ( clean eating). Hopefully there will b a change😉
